Terms & Conditions – 288min

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 288min ("288min", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 288min website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, logging into 288min, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 288min platform or Services. Continued access to 288min following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. 288min strongly recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to 288min Services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

288min reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any balance therein forfeited. Pakistani users accessing 288min acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to their specific location within Pakistan.

Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 288min account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of 288min. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, and email address.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

288min is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may require additional supporting documentation such as proof of address or a recent photograph. Full withdrawal access is conditional on successful KYC completion. 288min may request updated or additional documents at any time and reserves the right to restrict account activity pending verification.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288min login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 288min will never request your password via chat, email, or telephone. Report any unauthorised access to 288min support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 288min are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 288min does not accept cash or payment methods belonging to third parties other than the registered account holder.

• Deposits: Credited to your 288min account after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by method but most Pakistani mobile wallet deposits are near-instantaneous.
• Withdrawals: Processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and 288min's standard processing window. 288min reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These thresholds may be updated without prior notice.
• Refused Transactions: 288min reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal pending compliance review.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 288min are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where 288min specifically provides a cash-out or bet-editing feature for a particular market. Displayed odds are correct at the time of bet placement; late bet submissions may be declined or settled at revised odds at 288min's discretion.

In the event of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or game malfunctions, 288min reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at the original value. Neither winnings nor losses arising from technical errors will be honoured. This applies equally to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot titles, and any other gaming product within the 288min platform.

288min reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, maximum payout caps, or market-specific restrictions at any time and without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

288min may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, or other incentive schemes to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds lapse on expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288min, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 288min platform or Services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, data breaches affecting third-party systems, or outcomes of bets and wagers placed on the platform.

288min's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension & Termination

288min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 288min deposits.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Account inactivity exceeding a period determined by 288min's internal policies.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from policy-violating activity) will be returned to the user subject to identity verification and 288min's standard withdrawal processing procedures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 288min operates as an online entertainment platform. Users access 288min voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through 288min's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

288min reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of 288min following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any change in these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease use of the platform. Pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be honoured regardless of account closure resulting from objection to revised Terms.
